I have Beachbody Challenge™ groups starting monthly and it’s the easiest way to achieve your goals ever.

As part of my groups, you’ll be one of 3 to 5 ( maybe a couple more) like-minded people. We’ll track our progress along the way, hold each other accountable, and motivate, inspire, and encourage each other to achieve great results. Grab a neighbor / friend / relative to participate as well. I try and limit to 3- 5 people per group for better attention. You’ll do it on your own at home and post on a facebook private page for our group that I’ll set up.

And as an added incentive, you’ll be able to participate in The Beachbody Challenge™ contest. All you have to do is log your workouts online at TeamBeachbody.com for a chance to win up to $1000 every day—and submit your “before” and “after” photos for a shot at the $100,000 Grand Prize.

# of us from this group are also doing T25 and I think I can speak for us when I say it’s a very good program. It works your butt of for 25 min but it’s worth it. We’re in phase 2 and a few of us are planning on purchasing phase 3. 25 min a day for 5 /6 days a week. It’s worth your time. (may not be for everyone right off the bat) Remember I know every program like the back of my hand. I can help choose the right one for you.

BTW – I have a Shakeology only Challenge starting October 1st!
