I use to hit a plateau all the time. Thats when I’d get frustrated and stop going to the gym. I finally realized that doing the same thing over and over and over again was not the best thing for me to reach my goals. Once I started P90X and learned about mixing up routines, I realized that changing it up works wonders! I do it for all my exercise programs,Beachbody workouts or my own. Every 4 weeks I do a different routine. Try it. It works.
