The Beachbody 21 Day Fix Extreme workouts are 30 minutes, similar to 21 Day Fix – but, they’re EXTREME. Again, Autumn’s eating plan is based on simple portion control – but you’ll ONLY eat clean foods. No treats and no wine on this plan, baby! It’s a hardcore 21 days. Stick with it and you’ll love the results.
The 21 Day Fix includes six 30 minute workouts and the container nutrition system. It’ll be an extreme 21 days that takes guts, intensity and drive.

Amazing program! I admit, I was hesitant on ordering this program. I figured it was just another gimmick. I figured what the heck I'll give it try. BEST decision I ever made. I started many diets and exercise programs numerous times and failed every one. I purchased this program in april and I'm still going strong. I've lost 37 pounds and 30 inches. I'm so thankful for autumn and this program. I couldn't have done it without it. Trust me, when you get your containers you will freak out and think you are going to be starving, but I actually struggle to get all my containers in because I'm full. You have to trust the program it works!!!!
I lost 30 pounds! This is the best weight loss program I have ever done. I've been dieting for over 45 years and this really worked. I can't call this a diet because this 21 day fix taught me how to eat healthier and portion control. In addition to the exercise videos I went to the gym 3 times a week. I have been a diabetic for over 10 years and this is very similar to a diabetic diet, small meals 6 times a day. With the 30 lb weight lost I was able to cut back on my diabetes medication. I started this program on October 15th 2015 and today is January 5th and I have lost 30 lbs and down 2 dress sizes. Everyone needs to try this program. I highly recommend it.
Really works! The 21 Day Fix has really started working for me. I've lost five pounds in five days. The plan has really opened my eyes about how much fruit and veggies I was really eating. (No where close to enough.) I feel great and I can still have wine. I will be making this a life change.
Easy and great results! I completed two rounds of this 21 Day Fix. I was looking for a portion control program that didn't require me to give up my favorite meals. This worked out great. The workouts were really simple and I could do them at lunch or first thing in the morning and I rarely have time to squeeze in time at the gym. I have since recommended this product to many of my friends. Even after I finished the program, I still continued dropping weight by sticking to portion control.
