100 Pushup Challenge

This is a great program to get you to 100 pushups. If you have trouble building your chest and / or arms and hate using weights,try this clallenge. It works! Start slow if you have to, even do them with your knees on the ground. Any way you slice it, you’ll be working the arms and chest, making you stronger in these areas.
